          In addition to having a market-leading claim turn-around-time, GCL launched an online portal for self-claims in 2016. diamond Plan holders with claims under 2,000 RMB or Platinum Plan holders with claims under 1,000 RMB may submit claims online by uploading scanned materials, which helps speed up the claim process.

   

          Members can submit claim and upload relevant materials online. The function is available on PC or mobile device.
