Malaysia Airlines Jet was disconnected, GCL immediately launched an overseas emergency rescue service

On 8th March, a Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines got disconnected on the way from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. There were more than 200 passengers on board, including two infants, twelve crew members, and 153 Chinese passengers.

Learning the news, GCL immediately established a team to lead the emergency claim plan and launch an overseas emergency rescue service, as well as praying for all passengers in this plane. GCL opened the emergency service hotline 4008889888-2 at once to support the rescue service.

The investigators from GCL have confirmed that nine passengers on the flight were our clients after matching the company clients’ information with the published passengers list. GCL has immediately contacted Europe Assistance to confirm rescue preparation work, to refine the communication channels, and to ensure that Chinese passengers can receive rescue straight away.
